3D Systems, a leading manufacturer of professional and industrial-grade additive systems, announced the ProJet MJP 2500 IC 3D printer, optimized for printing foundry wax models.
The new machine serves as an addition to the ProJet MJP 2500 line of Multi Jet Printing (MJP) 3D printers and is optimized to work with VisiJet M2 ICast material. The material consists of paraffin with the addition of photopolymer resins and is not inferior to standard foundry waxes. The build area size of the ProJet MJP 2500 IC 3D printer reaches 295x211x142 mm with an output of up to 205 cc/h. The proprietary 3D Sprint package is used as software for editing, preparing models for printing and workflow management.
