Prayasta means aiming for excellence. We aspire to make a difference in the lives of people, with technology; with materials; with 3D printing. Prayasta is developing personalised soft tissue implants and prostheses.
RLP is developing a new class of 3D printers that can produce large-scale, high-resolution, soft and stretchable products in minutes with the highest quality industrial materials. We are working with researchers and industry-leading companies around the world on applications including medical devices, footwear, home goods, furniture, aviation, and automotive components.
The LUTUM® mini was Launched in september 2015. It has a build volume of 45x45x45cm. and comes in three flavours; mini, dual and MXL. It is designed for potters and used as the wet clay 3Dprinter of choice. We, from VormVrij® (pronounce VormVrye, meaning shape free), are proud to deliver our products to clients around the world!
It was important for us to create a precedent, to show in practice that 3D construction technology is working, " says Alexander Maslov, general director of the AMT Group, managing the construction. - at that time to print the house - it was something from the realm of fantasy. We set the task to make it real. To paraphrase the words of the famous song, they took a fairy tale to make byl. Printing was done in the shop on the smallest printer. Printed the building in parts (the walls of the house, decorative elements, the tower), were taken to the construction site and collected as a designer. Since then, of course, the equipment has been improved: the speed of printing has improved, and the quality has improved. But even our first model showed itself as a reliable and efficient equipment . "
For printing used construction printer S-6044, serially produced by AMT-SPETSAVIA. This model is a portal type with a working field of 3.5 x 3.6 x 1 m. The printer prints standard M-300 sand concrete, i.e. that can be purchased in almost any store building materials. Printing is done with layers 10 mm high and 30 to 50 mm wide. The speed of printing walls is up to 10 sq.m / h.
With every year the population of earth is growing, more people try to get closer to big cities where the quality of life is higher. Just imagine, how many people will be in need of accommodation. Considering the rapid growth of city agglomerations there is a need to build fast and save natural resources, which is impossible without using new technologies.
PassivDom is an Ukrainian technological startup “Passive House Ukraine”. We produce autonomous self-learning module houses made using 3D-Printing.
PassivDom is the first totally autonomous house in the world that doesn’t need any fuel combustion even in Arctic climate conditions.
The module uses only ecologically clean solar energy for all inhabitants’ needs: climate control (heating and cooling), water generation, air quality and oxygen control. The house itself produces electricity for all household appliances.
WASP (World Advanced Saving Project) is an Italian company specializing in the production of Delta type FDM 3D Printers. The company stands out for the vision of its founder Massimo Moretti, whose dream is to be able to develop a 3D printer capable of printing houses in an completely eco-fiendly way to help solve some of the worlds housing issues. Through the sale of its first 3D printer, the PowerWASP, WASP was able to develop a prototype for a 3D printer capable of printing with a particular type of clay material suitable - if the technology were to be sufficiently scaled up, for making habitable houses.
At EnvisionTEC, we like to say we’re 15 years better. Because it’s true. Our company has been inventing, developing, manufacturing and selling 3D printers and proprietary materials since 2002. While we got our start pioneering commercial DLP printing technology, we now offer the broadest range of additive manufacturing solutions in the world, with six distinct processes: DLP; bioprinting; our exclusive 3SP process for 3D printing large, accurate parts; high-speed continuous 3D printing with our cDLM process; Robotic Additive Manufacturing for sand molds and cores for foundries; and a cutting-edge lamination process for additively manufacturing woven-fiber composites. Our premium 3D printers and materials serve a wide variety of medical, professional and industrial markets, and are valued for precision, surface quality, functionality and speed.
The company byFlow was founded in 2014 by Floris Hoff, industrial product designer with over 4 years experience in 3D printing. In FabLab Maastricht he worked as a volunteer in maintaining and improving the 11 3D printers. Floris graduated with a project on the development of a unique granulate extruder which makes it possible to print with granulate, powder and paste. This makes it possible to print 10x faster and cheaper and to use recycled plastic.
To produce a compact, mobile, multi-faceted, multi-functional 3D printer with easily exchangeable extruders that can print a plethora of materials that is easy to use and readily accessible to everyone. The team pays a lot of attention to the design, quality and user-friendliness of his printer. Like a laptop, the printer is foldable, so that you can transport and store the printer easily, safely and without any fear of dust contamination.
Always being innovative
The team also still conducts research on new material possibilities with colleagues at FabLab Maastricht, Chemelot Campus in Geleen (NL), Maastricht University, polytechnic Zuyd and LIOF.
Slovenian company, launched the BetAbram house 3D printer in 2013. The three models available, P1, P2, P3, can be delivered within two month of ordering and finalizing payment. The larges model, P1, can 3D print parts as long a 6 meters and weights 250 kg.
