"In 2005 the German graduated engineer Roland Diehm and the Czech graduated engineer Jan Skopik founded the company Aroja s.r.o. in the Czech Republic with the purpose of producing hermometers, hygrometers and barometers for the German Company Adolf Fenz GmbH. After a period of time the company starts to enter new business areas. Due to its reference to the special purpose machinery engineering, and the frequently occurring topic of driving axles and drive engineering in this field, Aroja s.r.o. started to dedicate themselves to the subject of 3D-printers in the beginning of 2012. The first printer was already available in the middle of 2012. This was the start of the brand 3Dfactories. From this time on Arija s.r.o. started to get distributors for many different countries and extended thus its production capacity constantly. In this circumstances Roland Diehm, shareholder of Aroja s.r.o. and general manager of the Adolf Fenz GmbH in Germany, became the distributor for Germany.
The focus of his interest was from the beginning the service and the technical support for the customers. After a reorganization at the beginning of 2015, the brand 3Dfactories belonged from then on completely to Adolf Fenz GmbH. The development department and also the technical support moved in this context to the headquarters in Germany. Roland Diehm, the exclusive general manager, explained that he doesn't only want to sell printers, but also to listen to the clients' suggestions and wishes in order to guarantee a permanent improvement of the printers and to be successful in the long term. 3Dfactories is aimed to offer the best service for new and existing customers.
