3Deus Dynamics

At 3DEUS Dynamics, we developed a unique additive manufacturing process called «Dynamic Molding» . This breakthrough innovation, hybrid between standard 3D printing and injection molding combines advantages of both processes and provides new properties. 3Deus Dynamics innovation enables to process all Silicones materials (normally restricted to Injection Molding) with high resolution and without reformulation.

Profile Description

3DEUS Dynamics, created in 2020, is a spin off from the 3d.FAB platform at University Lyon 1. 3Deus Dynamics is partly funded by Pulsalys-SATT Lyon Saint-Etienne.

Christophe Marquette, Julien Barthès and Edwin-Joffrey Courtial worked together in a collaborative project for the development of a class III silicone medical device obtained by an additive manufacturing process.

This project was an opportunity for the 3 founders to consolidate their « know-how » in the field of silicones and to develop a breakthrough printing technology for this material.
