"3dRapidParts.com was founded in 2007 by two employees of a Fortune 500 company in Northeast Ohio. In response to the exorbitant prices for rapid prototype parts that the founders encountered while carrying out their day jobs, and in an effort to provide quality rapid prototype parts at a fair price, the two founders bought two FDM machines and ""BSLA Paradigm"" (our original, and still legal, name) was born.
Since then we have grown our FDM capabilities greatly as well as adding the ability to provide SLA, SLS, PolyJet, DMLS (Direct Metal Laser Sintering) and Machined parts. Also, we have since added Reverse Engineering and CAD/Design capabilities to provide a well-rounded ""one-stop shop"" for all of your DDM (Direct Digital Manufacturing), R&D and Engineering needs. "
