Our process
The manufacturing process starts from forging and not from machining, which allows us to market pieces that have very good resistance and toughness, since we can control the flow of the metal and the structure of the grain. A forged piece has greater resistance to dynamic stresses.

In addition to the forging process, we also manufacture complex-structured custom implants by combining CAD (Computer Aided Design), MPBF (Metal Powder Fusion on a Print Bed) and FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technologies.
