Profile Description

Bralco Advanced Materials, A Singapore based startup, has innovated several deep tech materials and cutting-edge products using its expertise in material science and additive manufacturing (3D Printing) covering areas of electromagnetism and composites.

Material Innovation:

Designing powder composition, morphology, manufacturing process and parameters to laser print ferrosilicon soft magnetic components such as stators, rotors, inductors, soft magnets etc. using Powder bed fusion process of additive manufacturing. Patent granted (WO 2022/139682 A1).

Designing ferrite powder composition and manufacturing process / parameters to produce Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) mitigating powder at industrial scale. These powders can be used as feedstock for additive manufacturing as well as conventional calendaring process.

ABS Plastic pellets with EMI, ESD and FR (fire retardancy) properties for injection molding process. This is the only material in the market having three functional properties merged into one product.

ABS / TPU / PLA filaments manufactured at an industrial scale having EMI / ESD/ FR properties embedded into a single filament for FDM printing. First in the world.
