At EnvisionTEC, we like to say we’re 15 years better. Because it’s true. Our company has been inventing, developing, manufacturing and selling 3D printers and proprietary materials since 2002. While we got our start pioneering commercial DLP printing technology, we now offer the broadest range of additive manufacturing solutions in the world, with six distinct processes: DLP; bioprinting; our exclusive 3SP process for 3D printing large, accurate parts; high-speed continuous 3D printing with our cDLM process; Robotic Additive Manufacturing for sand molds and cores for foundries; and a cutting-edge lamination process for additively manufacturing woven-fiber composites. Our premium 3D printers and materials serve a wide variety of medical, professional and industrial markets, and are valued for precision, surface quality, functionality and speed.

True Believers in the Power of 3D Printing

Carbon fiber and PEEK parts 3D printed in EnvisionTEC’s groundbreaking SLCOM, which 3D prints woven fiber composites preimpregnated with thermoplastics. The SLCOM had its beta launch at RAPID 2016. CLICK IMAGE TO SEE CLOSE-UP.

After all this time, we’re still true believers in the power of 3D printing to change the way virtually everything is made — from jewelry, inner-ear devices and dental appliances to cars, airplanes and, yes, even living tissue and organs.

At EnvisionTEC, we believe 3D printing can make manufacturing faster and more efficient, using fewer resources, and still deliver better parts than before, including parts that were once considered impossible.

We believe, because we believe in our experienced team of additive manufacturing experts to make it possible. We believe, because every day we’re already making it possible.

Company History

Founded in 2002 with our pioneering commercial DLP printing technology, EnvisionTEC now sells more than 40 models of printers based on six distinct technologies that build objects from digital design files.

Our premium 3D printers serve a wide variety of medical, professional and industrial markets, and are valued for precision, surface quality, functionality and speed.

The Vida cDLM is a high-speed 3D printer that uses continuous technology to create highly accurate dental parts with fewer supports, such as partials in castable material with delicate clasps. CLICK IMAGE TO SEE CLOSE-UP.

And while we made our mark creating exceptionally high-quality small parts in the hearing aid, jewelry and dental markets, with smooth finishes down to 10 microns, our 3D printers – and the parts they can deliver – have grown up. Today, we deliver machines that make exceptional large parts for a wide range of markets.  In fact, our additive manufacturing machines can produce accurate parts up to 10 cubic feet for some markets.

Our material family is grown up, too. Our printers process a full range of resins, sand, and even biologic materials and woven fiber composites.

Exceptional Support

At EnvisionTEC, we stand by our printers and hand-in-hand with our professional, medical and industrial customers. All Micro model 3D printers come with a one-year, back-to-the-factory warranty, and a choice of training options. All other EnvisionTEC 3D printers are offered with in-person installation and training, as well as one year of phone and in-person support directly from EnvisionTEC or through our global distributor network.

We also love to work with our customers to develop special materials and solutions for specific challenges. Just email us.
