"The innocast GmbH was founded in 2003 under the management of Bernd Heinrich in Langenfeld. The company quickly developed into a center for the rapid production of complex castings of steel, iron and aluminum, mostly including the 5-axis mechanical finishing.
Today innocast GmbH is a global partner for the engine and system developers and is specialized in the flexible manufacturing and machining of prototypes, small and special series, mainly for the automotive industry.
According to the technical requirements castings are made of high-strength, corrosion and heat resistant steel alloys. Aluminum and iron alloys, such as cast iron (GJL) and nodular cast iron (GJS), as well as art projects in cast steel and bronze complement our product portfolio. Depending on customer requirements investment or sand casting technologies are used, supported by the latest additive 3D printing technologies.
Quality management throughout the complete manufacturing process and mechanical finishing in conjunction with appropriate measurement technology, round off the product range.
