LONATI is a leader on international markets with annual production amounting to over 8000 machines. In 2008 the entire range was fully reviewed: alongside the classic G5JA men's sock-knitting machine with a flipping dial is the newly-designed FH machine, with automatic external toe linking, which can be applied to all models. This innovative change has simplified sock pick-up and seaming operations considerably, with clear advantages in terms of production and cost savings, and will soon be going into production with an initial forecast of 1000 machines in the first year. All standard models have also been upgraded, i.e. the 5 and 6 color single-feed, double-feed, filet, 3D and 4-feed sports sock-knitting machines, representing the largest range currently available on the market.
