Most has always invested heavily in research into the most innovative technologies in order to expand its range of products and processes and be constantly proactive.
All processes are managed internally: from those with a high technological level to artisanal savoir faire: hot stamping, high frequency, trimming, quilted reliefs, screen printing, digital and transfer printing, sublimation printing, infilling and hand aging, thermoapplications, edging, ultrasound stitching, laser cutting and engraving, inlays and embroidery, leather processing, direct 3D printing on fabrics, microfibers and suede.
This is an absolutely innovative technology, which allows you to print three-dimensional reliefs directly on the material. The reliefs are declined in sub-techniques such as lenticular effects, the reproduction of the most diverse materials in the form of fragments or reliefs with a rubberized hand. All colors and even transparents can be reproduced: the limit is your creativity!
WHAT IS THIS TECHNIQUE SUITABLE FOR?
This technique is perfect for making logos, all-over textures, decorations.
ON WHICH MATERIALS CAN 3D EVE BE APPLIED?
They can be applied to natural and synthetic fabrics, microfibers, suede. The best performances are on a transparent net of our production and on natural cotton.
Application on fabrics subjected to silicone-based treatments is not recommended.
Specific adhesives are used based on the material on which the product is to be applied, and we are strongly focused on researching new and effective primers to expand the range of usable materials.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM THREE-DIMENSIONAL THICKNESS?
A lot depends on the type of graphics, generally it is between 2 and 4 mm.
IS A MOLD NEEDED?
No it is not, but you need to develop a 3D file. When the design is complex, this phase can take a few days.
