Norman Noble’s Additive Manufacturing capabilities specialize in 3D Printing of Metallic Alloys for shape-set fixtures and prototype-to-production of medical implant designs. The speed of Additive Manufacturing supports Norman Noble’s ability to develop shape-set tooling for processing nitinol based rapid prototypes. Our Additive Manufacturing technology enables implant designs to be produced with internal features and customized surface structures, providing a state-of-art manufacturing solution for many of the newest products.

Additive manufactured parts often require complex geometries and internal features. Norman Noble utilizes our Computed Tomography Inspection system to perform 100% inspection of part dimensions and critical features.
