Our Story
Telluraves didn’t start with a solution, it started with a problem.
It began in the remote Hoedspruit bushveld of South Africa, where our founder, Robert Miller, came face-to-face with a situation that demanded more than the tools available. What started as a mission to support conservation efforts quickly revealed a much larger gap. He found that the drones on the market simply weren’t built for real-world conditions. They failed in the wind, the dust, the rain, in the environments where people needed them most.
It became clear that a different kind of aircraft was needed. An aircraft tough enough to survive in the wild, smart enough to adapt, and reliable enough to make a difference. So we built it.
Six years, thousands of hours, and countless prototypes later, the BushRanger was born, an almost fully 3D-printed, fixed-wing VTOL drone built to thrive in the harshest, most unforgiving places on the planet.
