Mosaic announced “arrays” in the form of Array additive platforms – maximally automated clusters capable of working up to 72 hours without operators’ supervision.

The mini-farm includes four Element HT 3D printers and a robotic table-changing system. When one of the 3D printers completes a work cycle, the stage with the finished product is removed and placed in a special compartment for storage, and in its place, a new stage is installed, then the printer begins printing the next part. Each of the four 3D printers is equipped with its own set of eight filaments, in case of malfunction, there is a function of automatic shutdown cells.
The Array platforms are scheduled to begin shipping in December 2021, with initial pricing estimated at $59,999.
