Bendertechniek bv was founded in 1966 by Mr Bender sr. And his wife. Under the name Technisch Handelsbureau Bender they started selling milling machines from the Italian brand Induma. The delivery program was soon expanded to include other Italian manufacturers. Employees were hired for sales and service. In addition, the home office was exchanged in 1975 for a beautiful new business building in Zoeterwoude.

In the 1980s the Italian manufacturers ran into problems because of the crisis. Meanwhile, Mr. Bender sr. Had been in contact with suppliers from the Spanish (Basque Country) machine industry for some time. These factories were just on the rise in the European machine market. By responding to this, Bendertechniek has been able to continue to grow. Not only the company grew, but the machines too. That is why a new and larger building was built in Veenendaal, due to its central location in the Netherlands. In that period, the delivery program had already been expanded to include Asian manufacturers (Taiwan and Korea). The service department grew into an independently operating department.

In 1992 the sons Gijsbert and Jeroen Bender took over the company from their father. Since then, Bendertechniek has grown further to its current form. In 2006 the company Elzenga was taken over and the dealership of the Japanese Matsuura. Other Japanese manufacturers have now also been added to the range.

In 2014 we founded Bender AM bv. Under the leadership of Messrs Bender, Henny ten Pas started marketing EOS machines. This quickly became a dealership, just like with the Austrian Lithoz. Later on, the British Cooksongold was added for 3D printing of gold. Gefertec has now also been added for large products that can be printed and processed in one setup.
