Founded by best friends Jonas Nyvang and Tue Beijer in 2019, STILRIDE is introducing a cutting-edge production process for manufacturing that makes smarter use of resources and minimises waste. Their “industrial origami” technology, called STILFOLD, involves the use of robotics to fold steel over curves to form new structures.
Its first application – a sustainable steel e-motorbike called the Sport Utility Scooter One (SUS1) will go on sale in 2023.
