Voxel8's core technology is based on over a decade of research from Harvard Professor Jennifer A. Lewis and her team at Harvard University (formerly at the University of Illinois).

Profile Description

The Lewis Lab has demonstrated several revolutionary advances in multi-material 3D printing, including conductive inks for printed electronics,  lightweight composites, lithium ion micro-batteries, and embedded sensors in stretchable matrices.  Their work was highlighted as one of the “top 10 breakthrough technologies” by the MIT Technology Review in 2014.  Voxel8 was co-founded by two former Lewis Lab PhD students, Michael Bell and Travis Busbee.
