Krause DiMaTec has been offering industrial 3D production since 2015. However, our experience, knowledge, and daily efforts are rooted in the HORSTMANNGROUP, founded in 1975 and still family-run today. This allows us to collaborate daily with companies in the furniture, graphics, metalworking, bakery technology, and IT sectors, allowing us, even as a young company, to demonstrate unique expertise in regulated industries ranging from the food industry to medical technology.
We support all industrial 3D printing processes and thus provide you with the right solution for every challenge.
Metal: Selective laser melting
With selective laser melting, metal powder is melted layer by layer to create components whose material properties are in no way inferior to conventional manufacturing processes. Our production facilities meet the highest standards and produce with the best possible industrial quality. Furthermore, with CNC machining in-house, we are able to implement ready-to-install solutions with the highest tolerance requirements from a single source.
Plastic: Selective laser sintering
Similar to laser melting, selective laser sintering melts plastic powder layer by layer to create components whose material properties meet industrial standards. Typical applications for laser-sintered components are functional and structural components. We utilize the latest technology in the manufacture of these components and produce with the utmost precision. You can receive components from us as raw parts, colored, smoothed, or machined.
Plastic: Fused Deposition Modeling
Fused Deposition Modeling is a filament-based 3D printing process in which the component contour is extruded layer by layer using a continuous strand of material. This cost-effective process is particularly suitable for prototypes and assembly aids with lower stability or tolerance requirements. To meet as many customer requirements as possible, Krause DiMaTec has developed its own system with an enlarged build volume of 600 x 600 x 600 mm.
